Review – Lacura Daily Cleansing Pads

Today I wanted to talk to you all about a product I recently discovered. I know these have probably been around for a while but they are new to me. I picked them up a could of weeks ago when my boyfriend and I decided to explore our local Aldi.

The product in question is the Lacura Daily Cleansing Pads and they look this..

Do they look familiar to you? ‘Cause they did to me. Packaging wise they are a complete dupe for the Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads

Price wise however there is a big difference. The Nip + Fab ones retail at around £13 for 60 pads where as the Lacura ones retail at just £2.50 for 60 pads.

Ingredients wise they have a very similar composition however the Lacura ones seem to have a lower concentration of certain ingredients in comparison to the Nip + Fab ones which probably explains the price difference.

How do you use them?

Take one pad and rub it gently around the face avoiding the eye area. The pads have a gentle textured surface that allows for a soft exfoliation which combined with the Glycolic Acid helps to leave skin smooth, clean and brighter looking.

Do they work?

I do see a difference in my skin when I use these. I have noticed my skin is smoother, softer and has less dry patches. I also feel like after using these in conjunction with my full skin care routine my skin is just a lot cleaner, there is no residue left behind and these help to take off anything that remains after cleansing whilst helping to remove dead skin cells from the surface of my skin.

Would I repurchase?

Yes! 100%. For £2.50 these are a great addition to any skin care routine.

Hope you enjoyed this post! Have you tried the Lacura Pads or even the Nip+Fab ones? If so what did you think?

Talk to you soon!
