Hellooo!
A couple days ago I went into my local Boots to pick up a new bottle of my face wash and a new face cream as both of mine were starting to run out and then I had a cheeky look in Superdrug as its on the same street, so I thought it would be fun to show you guys what I picked up and why.

First product I picked up was the Olay Complete Day Cream, and the reason I picked this up was A) it was on sale and B) it comes with SPF 15 which I think is important in day cream, especially now we are entering into warmer weather (I say this as its currently pouring with rain here in Yorkshire)

Next up I picked up the Olay Instant Hydration Night Cream which claims to lift out the look of fine lines, and is aimed at 25 to 35 year olds, and being that I turn 26 soon I thought it would be worth giving it a go. Again it was on sale so I thought this would be the best time to try it. My mum used Olay for years and years and her skin looks amazing for her age so sign me up for that!

The main reason I went in to Boots in the first place, I love this stuff. I used up all my previous bottle and decided that I wanted to repurchase this instead of trying something new, because I can reply on this. It removes my makeup and keeps my skin squeaky clean. I will say it has a slight chemically smell with a mild scent of peaches, but its not over powering and the cleanser is really nice.

These weren’t a necessity but I figured since I was already there I may as well pop these in the basket. I am not loyal to face wipes and use them after I have cleansed to make sure every trace of makeup of residue from my main cleanser is off my face before I start my skin care, I also use them to spot clean makeup brushes if I need to or wipe down my vanity if I have dropped something or an eyeshadow has a bit too much fallout.
Bonus bits from Superdrug!

These were a bit of an impulse buy because they were pink and I liked the idea of the built in brush so when travelling you can just pop these in your makeup bag and you can tweeze on the go. They were really inexpensive and I just thought they would be useful to have.

I have seen these all over social media and was really curious to try them out so when I saw them in superdrug I was eager to pick them up.
Funny story I picked these up first, and then saw a cheaper Superdrug own variety so i thought I would switch and get the cheaper ones, but when I went to put the Ardell ones back I accidentally put back the Superdrug ones and didn’t realise until I was paying at which point I just laughed at myself and paid the nice lady behind the counter.
So that’s it for today’s little haul. I hope you enjoyed it.
