Its that time of the month again! Yayyy! This month there’s going to be three instalments of the “What’s In My” Series, but today we are going to be diving in to the April Glossybox.
This months box came in two different packaging, one was floral, one was fruity and the other was fruity and I believe the contents matched the packaging in terms of scent.
I got fruity, which is super beautiful and bright, and it came with 3 full size products, 2 deluxe mini’s and a travel size product.
So lets jump in.
Packaged in the same design as the Fruity Box, this fragrance is an exotic mix of tangerine, blackcurrant and passion fruit, with notes of raspberry, peach and apple. It creates a fresh and feminine scent.
Use – Apply to pulse points, or gently spritz all over.
Shop – I actually couldn’t find this online, not even on the glossybox site, so not sure what to suggest.
This nourishing, hydrating balm is formulated with the same fruity formula as the Original Balm (Yellow Packaging) but this has an added pink tint. The pink tint isn’t overly pigmented, its nice and glossy with just a touch of colour once its blended in.
Use – Apply to lips for a glossy finish, or apply to cheeks for a subtle rosy look.

Rich in moisturising pomegranate, this all natural, vegan formula deeply nourishes and hydrates while you sleep, to reveal energised, refreshed skin when you wake up.
Use – Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin before bed, then cleanse skin as usual the following morning.

Boasting a complex blend of vitamins and biotin, these vegan, gluten free gummies are scientifically formulated to support healthy hair growth. They are also blue raspberry flavoured so that’s a bonus.
Use – Eat two gummies a day to promote hair growth.

This hydrating body wash has a gorgeous apple and melon scent and is packed with vitamins, antioxidants and moisturising ingredients that will nourish and hydrate. Its a paraben free, vegan formula.
Use – Lather up, have a good scrub a dub, then rinse.
Shop – Boots.com (Lets be honest though, you can pick this up at like 90% of supermarkets when you do your weekly shop)
Formulated with Argan Oil which boosts hydration, as well as Chia Seeds which help to protect hair from damage, this mask is intensive and deeply hydrating.
Use – Apply to clean, wet hair from root to tip, leave on for 15 minutes to do its thing, then rinse thoroughly.

Overall this box left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. I mean for one thing I don’t agree with putting vitamins in the box instead of an actual product, I don’t know what is about this but it just doesn’t sit well with me putting something like this in. It was an immediate feeling of “Really?!” I just personally don’t agree with it.
Other than that though this box just wasn’t exciting, there was loads of hype about it and it was a bit ‘Meh’. I will say that the Dr Botanics sleep mask is absolutely bomb. I originally received this back in august last year in a Birchbox and its awesome, a little goes a long way and it works wonders, so I am thankful for a back up.
The box is super cute, and I get that but I think they tried too hard to get products to match the theme and the whole thing just fell short.
So thats everything for this months Glossybox. Let me know what you thought.
Talk to you soon!
