Hey Everyone!
Tomorrow I’m travelling down to London for a little Birthday getaway so I started packing earlier today and thought it would be a fun idea to share with you what I’m taking with me in terms of Makeup and Skincare.
Because I’m only going to be there for a few days I only want to take the absolute essentials, usually when I go away I over pack and take products that I never end up using, so I have basically chosen my every day makeup, very basic skincare, and travel size products to take up less space in the suitcase.

For brushes I am taking my Real Techniques Sponge and two travel size brushes, the powder brush and expert face brush.

For face makeup I’m taking my two current favourite concealers, the Loreal Infaillable and Revolution Conceal and Define, the Avant Pro-Perfecting Collagen Primer, the ELF HD loose setting powder (for Baking) and the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder (for dusting off the bake and all over setting)

For my eyes and eyebrows, I’m taking the Elf Brow Liner (I will be taking a small angled brush but its currently drying), the Collection Incredibrow tinted brow mascara, and the Loreal Unlimited Mascara. I will also be taking my eyelash curler and possibly a liquid liner but I haven’t quite made up my mind.

For setting spray I’m taking the Maybelline Lasting Fix Setting Spray.. unless it doesn’t fit in the bag, in which case I will swap to the NYX Mattifying Spray.

For Lips I’m only taking a NYX Lip Scrub, and the NYX Lip Oil. I usually pack some kind of lipstick or lipgloss and then end up rushing out of the hotel and forgetting it, so this time I am only taking things I know I will use. Plus, the Lip Oil is amazing!

For cleansing I’ve chosen the Elemis pro collagen cleansing balm, and the Pixi Peel & Polish. Both of these are travel size so won’t take up much room. I’m also going to be taking a small face cloth.

For other skin care bits I’m taking the Emma Hardie Amazing Face Protect & Prime with added SPF, Balance Me Wonder Eye Cream, Garnier Rose Hydrating Mist and the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads.
So there we have it. I’ve used all of these products (minus the Pixi Peel & Polish) so I’m very confident that I can use them and not have to worry when I’m out and about.
The only other things I’m taking with me in terms of toiletries are my shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste. But none of those things aren’t ready to be packed yet.
I hope you enjoyed this post! What are your travel essentials?!
Talk to you soon!
